JOB CARD NUMBERING
RAAS offers four mutually exclusive numbering sequences for job cards. You must select the sequence that best suits your company environment before beginning to use RAAS. When creating job cards, RAAS automatically assigns the next available number incrementally based on this numbering sequence. It is important to note that this number can only be changed while the job card status is New.

Company Level P/NP tracked together
Numbers from 1 to infinity for all job cards company-wide regardless of whether the job cards are planned or non-planned
Company Level P/NP tracked separately
Two number sequences, each from 1 to infinity for all job cards company-wide; One for planned and one for non-planned
JC Group Level P/NP tracked together
Numbers from 1 to infinity for all job cards under each job card group, regardless of whether the job cards are planned or non-planned
