ORIGINATORS LIST


Originators can be added to RAAS for use on various screens including Job Cards, Part Requests, Orders, TMI Entries, and Non-Planned Job Card Rectifications to show where the action originated. The default Originators are departments and defaults can be set for different areas in RAAS. Defect Analysis can also be filtered by Originator.

To Add or Edit an Originator:

  1. Click on the Settings menu and select Originators List.

  2. Click the Add button to open Originator Information or click the magnifying glass to edit an existing Originator.

  3. Enter or edit the Originator Name.

  4. Make the applicable Default selections (optional).

  5. Click Save.
