When a part is being removed from an aircraft and the removal is unscheduled, a Problem must be selected. A Problem can also be selected for a scheduled removal, but it is not required. Problems added to the Problems List will be available for selection in the Problems dropdown menu.
To Add or Edit Problem Information:

Click on the Settings menu and select Problems List.

Click the Add button or click on the magnifying glass to edit an existing Problem.

Enter or edit the Problem Name.

Click Save.
