PENDING IR JOB CARD LIST
The Pending IR Job Card List is a list of all “New” Internal Repair Job Cards (IR JC), indicating whether or not each IR JC can be opened (Sent on the screen). The reason an IR JC can’t be opened is the affected part is in a location from which the movement to Internal Repair is not allowed. Typically, this happens as the part is still on an aircraft because Tech Records has not yet posted the removal.
Click on Stores and select Pending IR Job Card List.
Clicking the magnifying glass in the View column will open the Job Card Detail window.
The Job Card Details are the same as they appear inside the Job Card Listing.
The “Can Send” column shows if the user is able to open the Internal Repair Job Card.
If the ‘Yes’ inside this column is amber, a warning will be generated.
The remaining columns display the Job Card Group, Job Card Number, Affected Part of the Job Card, and the Part Type.
